The purpose of this research was to determine the level of anxiety in the health personnel of the emergency service of the Loreto Regional Hospital "Felipe Arriola Iglesias" In 2022, the same was developed by the bachelor of psychology Milagros del Pilar Madrid Pinedo. This study was carried out with the intention of contributing and providing knowledge on the topic investigated. Likewise, the study was carried out following a descriptive, non-experimental and quantitative study; the sample consisted of 62 health personnel from the emergency service of the Loreto Regional Hospital. The technique used to collect data was a Psychometric Test and the measuring instrument applied was the Zung Anxiety Self-assessment Scale (EAA), adapted and standardized in our country by Astrocondor, The aim is to identify the levels of anxiety in people through items that cover affective and somatic symptoms of anxiety. Statistical graphs were used to analyze data percentage tables and averages. The most relevant conclusions were the following: The level of anxiety of greater frequency in the emergency health personnel of the Loreto Regional Hospital is "minimal to moderate" with 54.8%. The female sex prevailed with 74.2% aged 30 to 39 years, being mostly doctors and technicians in nursing.
