The general problem of the research work is: what is the level of work stress in the executive office of human resources of the Regional Government of Loreto, year 2020. The general objective was to describe work stress in the aforementioned office. The present investigation is descriptive type and quantitative design, the population and sample made up of 30 workers of the same, to whom a survey was applied. The results indicate with respect to sex that there is a greater number of female workers and that the greatest number are accumulated in the ages of 21 to 50 years and that their greatest problem of emotional impact is the economic problem; Regarding the intensity of health, it is not very intense; Regarding the goals for next year, the results do not show that the workers in this area have aspirations both in the professional and labor fields, they indicate that 73% of the respondents live very stressed and 27% live somewhat stressed. No participant in the research said to live almost without stress or without stress, which shows that all workers show stress in their workplace and that economic problems as a problem of emotional impact is the cause of work stress in workers, without However, for the most part, they have goals to achieve in the professional and work environment.
