The objective of the research was to determine and describe the conditions created by Covid-19 in the continuity and amount of remuneration of the operational worker, public and private sectors. It is determined in private activity, an increase of 11% in Loreto, exceeding the national percentage that showed 9.34%. Regarding the size that companies in the department of Loreto represent with respect to the size of companies at the national level, it is extremely small, 1.38% at the beginning of 2021 and a slight growth, 1.40% at the end of the year. Regarding the trend, the months with the highest increase were October and December. Likewise, the number of workers in the private sector increased both at the national level 13.73% and at the Loreto level 13.03% In the public sector, the employment market in the country shows recovery after the first wave in 2021, this recovery occurs both at the national level, 216%, and is lower in the Loreto department, 127%. Regarding the size that companies in the department represent with respect to the size of companies at the national level, it is 1.023% at the beginning of the year, and 0.737% at the end of this annual period. Remuneration in times of Covid shows a recovery at the national level of 2.90%, at the Loreto level it increases by 2.44%, being lower than the total of the country The representation of the remuneration of workers in the department of Loreto is 68.83% at the beginning of 2021 and a decrease of 68.52% at the end of the year.
