Estudio comparativo entre costo y tiempo de ejecución entre los pavimentos: rígidos, flexibles y semirrígidos en el barrio la unión, distrito de Shamboyacu, provincia de Picota, departamento de San Martín

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como finalidad hacer un comparativo entre el costo y tiempo de ejecución de un proyecto de pavimentación tipo rígido, flexible y semirrígido, con la finalidad de conseguir un diseño óptimo en la pavimentación del Barrio la Unión, distrito de Shamboyacu, provincia de Picota, departamento de San Martín. Basándose en el comportamiento que tienen cada uno de estos, partiendo de la base de que las tres alternativas, son soluciones satisfactorias para el proyecto de pavimentación, y centrando el análisis en dos factores preponderantes; Por un lado, el factor económico, en el cual está involucrado el costo de cada alternativa y la vida útil. Por otro lado, se expone el factor funcional, mediante el cual se verificará el tiempo de ejecución de los tres pavimentos y por ende cual es el más apropiado. El proyecto se basa en una investigación descriptiva, presentando las características de los pavimentos rígidos, flexibles y semirrígidos, así como sus análisis de costo, sus ventajas y desventajas, tiempo de ejecución, como caso de aplicación se tomara el Barrio la Unión, en el distrito de Shamboyacu, provincia de Picota, departamento de San Martin, estos nos permitirá identificar la mejor alternativa en base a costo y tiempo de ejecución, concluyéndose cuál es la mejor opción para realizar cada uno de los tres proyectos. En conclusión, el pavimento rígido sería la mejor opción para emplear técnicamente, aunque inicialmente sea más costoso a largo plazo el costo de mantenimiento es menor.

The purpose of this study is to make a comparison between the cost and execution time of a rigid, flexible and semi-rigid paving project, in order to achieve an optimal design in the paving of Barrio la Unión, district of Shamboyacu, province of Picota, Department of San Martin. Based on the behavior of each of these, based on the fact that the three alternatives are satisfactory solutions for the paving project, and focusing the analysis on two prevailing factors; On the one hand, the economic factor, in which the cost of each alternative and the useful life are involved. On the other hand, the functional factor is exposed, through which the execution time of the three pavements will be verified and therefore which is the most appropriate. The project is based on a descriptive investigation, presenting the characteristics of rigid, flexible and semi-rigid pavements, as well as their cost analysis, their advantages and disadvantages, execution time, as a case of application, the Barrio la Unión will be taken, in the Shamboyacu district, Picota province, San Martin department, these will allow us to identify the best alternative based on cost and execution time, concluding which is the best option to carry out each of the three projects. In conclusion, rigid pavement would be the best option to use technically, although initially it is more expensive in the long term, the maintenance cost is lower.
