Abstract: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar las estrategias de
afrontamiento al estrés en trabajadores del Centro de Salud I-3, ciudad de
Iquitos, 2024. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativo, de diseño no
experimental; descriptivo simple, Esta investigación no requirió de hipótesis
por ser un estudio descriptivo simple, la población estuvo conformada por
110 trabajadores de un centro de salud, siendo la muestra de 48
trabajadores, la técnica empleada fue la psicométrica y el instrumento el
Cuestionario de Estilos de Afrontamiento COPE (Coping Estimation). Los
resultados fueron: 91,7% (44) emplea el estilo “Enfocado en el problema”
seguido del 87,5% (42) emplean también el estilo “Enfocado en la emoción”,
ambos son empleados dependiendo de las circunstancias. Por otro lado, se
observa que el 66,7% emplea “Otros estilos” pocas veces. Se concluye que
los trabajadores del Centro de Salud I-3 “San Antonio de Iquitos”, si emplean
estilos de afrontamiento al estrés específicamente el estilo “Enfocado en el
problema”, aunque lo emplean dependiendo de las circunstancias, los
resultados indican que los trabajadores emplean acciones directas dirigidas
a alterar la situación problemática y minimizar las consecuencias negativas,
de igual modo emplean el estilo “Enfocado en las emociones” dependiendo
de las circunstancias, indicando que los trabajadores emplean acciones para
regular las consecuencias emocionales negativas del problema, intentando
aminorar su impacto.
The objective of this research was to determine the strategies for coping with stress in workers at the I-3 Health Center, city of Iquitos, 2024. The research was quantitative, with a non-experimental design; simple descriptive, This research did not require hypotheses because it was a simple descriptive study, the population was made up of 110 workers from a health center, the sample being 48 workers, the technique used was psychometric and the instrument was the Behavior Styles Questionnaire. The results were: 91.7% (44) used the “Problem-Focused” style followed by 87.5% (42) also used the “Emotion-Focused” style, both of which are used depending on the circumstances.
