The present investigation entitled Pathological evaluation and its influence on a maintenance proposal for the Bellavista bridge, is a descriptive and propositional investigation that aims to evaluate the pathologies of concrete, this investigation had as a sample all concrete structures. The Bridges are part of the heritage of the Peruvian State and therefore of all Peruvians. However, there has been a lack of a culture of conservation towards these structures, actions that should be carried out very often to preserve or repair the structure to achieve its proper functioning. All materials have a certain durability and useful life, even reinforced concrete that over time tends to develop pathologies and it is convenient to prevent pathologies and deterioration suffered by bridge structures of a certain age as soon as possible to achieve their conservation. Because bridges can present a series of problems that affect their durability, operation, and safety of operation due to climatic, seismic, geological factors and the absence of maintenance and monitoring of the same already put into operation, the following document is developed for the section aforementioned study. Directive N ° 01-2006-MTC / 14 “GUIDE FOR BRIDGE INSPECTION” has been used. Approved by Directorial Resolution N ° 012-2006-MTC / 14 of March 14, 2006, together with the “GUIDE TO BRIDGE INSPECTION” Approved by Directorial Resolution 014-2019-MTC / 18 of August 08, 2019. The objective is to develop the visual inspection and lifting of each vehicular bridge in the study section to give a diagnosis and classification of the structural pathologies found. This to identify possible causes of the pathologies in addition to a classification by type of damage (physical, chemical and mechanical), identify the pathologies by level of importance and qualify the bridges in a level of severity for the hierarchy of their intervention. The degree work is comprised of an initial part where a delimitation of the problem is made, the objective and purpose of the work is clarified and finally the research, methodology, processes, and development of the visual inspection for bridges are carried out. Following this, three chapters are considered where the data collected, the results obtained, and the conclusions reached after analyzing all the information are considered. Based on the results of the study, the pertinent recommendations are made for the preventive maintenance proposal of this strategic infrastructure, which must be kept in good condition to guarantee the correct operation of terrestrial communications. In the authors' point of view, a control should be carried out on the state of the Bellavista bridge that guarantees, above all, the safety of the users. Each part of the bridge requires special maintenance; this so that they work at their maximum hydraulic, functional, and operational capacity.
