Inteligencia emocional en oficiales pilotos de las fuerzas armadas del Perú del grupo aéreo n°42, de la ciudad de Iquitos – 2022

Abstract

Se llevó a cabo una investigación cuyo objetivo principal fue determinar los niveles de inteligencia emocional que presentaban los Oficiales Pilotos de la FAP pertenecientes al Grupo Aéreo N°42 acantonado en Iquitos. 2022. La muestra del estudio estuvo conformada por 41 Oficiales pilotos del Grupo Aéreo 42 acantonado en la ciudad de Iquitos a los cuales se les aplicó la prueba WLEIS para evaluar las dimensiones y niveles respectivos en Inteligencia Emocional. Esta prueba ha sido previamente validada y presenta la confiabilidad para nuestro medio. Se trató de un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, con enfoque cuantitativo y con un diseño no experimental. Se comprobó la normalidad de las puntuaciones mediante la Prueba de Schapiro y se baremó las puntuaciones en las cuatro dimensiones de la IE consideradas por el WLEIS y se obtuvieron las estadísticas descriptivas para todas las dimensiones de la inteligencia consideradas en el instrumento. Se plantearon las conclusiones y recomendaciones del caso.

An investigation was carried out whose main objective was to determine the levels of emotional intelligence presented by the FAP Pilot Officers belonging to Air Group No. 42 stationed in Iquitos. 2022. The study sample consisted of 41 pilot officers of the 42nd Air Group stationed in the city of Iquitos to whom the WLEIS test was applied to assess the respective dimensions and levels of Emotional Intelligence. This test has been previously validated and presents reliability for our environment. It was a descriptive, cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The normality of the scores was verified using the Schapiro Test and the scores in the four dimensions of EI considered by the WLEIS were scaled and descriptive statistics were obtained for all the dimensions of intelligence considered in the instrument. The conclusions and recommendations of the case were raised.
