I consider this research work, concerning the E.I.R.L PAWN HOUSE, to be of great importance, because it is a small Institution whose main objective is to provide financial service to the low-income population of the city of Iquitos. The New Political Constitution of the State created the Legal Base for the Establishment of this small business. The same one that is constituted as an alternative in times of economic crisis. in a social market economy, free competition and a private sector initiative. The initial impulse for the action and organization of a PAWN SHOP has been thanks to the dynamism and spirit of the pioneer of this company, which is why it is progressively developing into a solid and stable organization. I want to point out that the objectives of democratization of collateral credit constitute the appropriate framework for the PAWN HOUSE to continue its business. For this reason, the E.I.R.L. PAWNHOUSE. It would contribute to the design of new products and systems, becoming a true alternative for the people that leads them to commit to satisfying the financial needs of the popular sectors. granting a large number of small loans to social groups that until today are not served by the Financial system, thus contributing to solving crisis and emergency situations in many families.
