Influencia de los servicios de ti en el teletrabajo del módulo corporativo laboral de la corte superior de justicia de Loreto, Iquitos - 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada "INFLUENCIA DE LOS SERVICIOS DE TI EN EL TELETRABAJO DEL MÓDULO CORPORATIVO LABORAL DE LA CORTE SUPERIOR DE JUSTICIA DE LORETO, !QUITOS - 2021 ", tuvo como objetivo general describir la manera en cómo influyen los servicios de TI en el teletrabajo del Módulo Corporativo Laboral de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto, !quitos - 2021. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, ya que se realizó un análisis estadístico a través de la recolección de datos para comprobar la hipótesis. El tipo de investigación fue correlaciona!, ya que se determinó la relación entre las variables Teletrabajo y Servicios de TI, El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental transversal de tipo correlaciona!, debido a que se aplicaron encuestas en un único momento del desarrollo de la investigación. La población fue de 25 trabajadores del Módulo Corporativo Laboral de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto, el estudio tuvo como muestra a la totalidad de la población. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta con su respectivo instrumento el cuestionario para el cual se utilizó la escala de Likert. El análisis realizado dio como resultado que la disponibilidad de los Servicios de TI tiene una influencia positiva en el Teletrabajo, lo que nos deja ver que mientras más y mejores servicios de TI sean puestos a disposición de los usuarios, mejor será el desempeño y la eficiencia de éstos en sus tareas cotidianas. Esto marca una ventaja para el Módulo Corporativo Laboral de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Loreto para el logro de sus objetivos a nivel organizacional.

The present investigation entitled "INFLUENCE OF IT SERVICES ON THE TELEWORK OF THE CORPORATE LABOR MODULE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE OF LORETO, !QUITOS - 2021", hadas a general objective to describe the way in which IT services influenced the telework of the Corporate Labor Module of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto, !quitos - 2021. The research had a qualitative approach, since a statistical analysis was carried out through data collection to verify the hypothesis. The type of research was correlational, since the relationship between the variables Telecommuting and IT Services is limited, The design of the research was non-experimental cross-sectional of the correlational type, because surveys were applied al a single moment of the development of the research . The population was 25 workers of the Corporate Labor Module of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto, the study had the entire population as a sample. The technique applied was the survey with its respective instrument, the questionnaire for which the Likert scale was obtained. The analysis carried out gave the result that the availability of 1T Services has a positive influence on Telework, which allows us to see that the more and better 1T services are made available to users, the better the performance and efficiency. of these in their daily tasks. This marks an advantage for the Corporate Labor Module of the Superior Court of Justice of Loreto for the achievement of its objectives at the organizational leve!.
