Impacto del covid en la recaudación de arbitrios municipales, comparativo municipalidades distritales Iquitos y Yurimaguas periodo 2019 - 2020

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es analizar el impacto de la pandemia mundial en la gestión municipal. Su metodología comprendió dos instituciones municipales con mayores ingresos financieros en nuestra región Loreto, municipalidad provincial de Maynas, distrito de Iquitos y municipalidad provincial de Alto Amazonas, distrito de Yurimaguas. Se analizó información financiera sobre la recaudación de ingresos por arbitrios municipales. En tiempos de Covid, el comportamiento de los ingresos financieros por toda fuente de financiamiento que tuvieron los municipios del país, visto de modo integral, fue distinto a lo que ocurrió en los principales municipios distritales de la región Loreto. Mientras que, en Perú los ingresos totales de los municipios crecieron 14,56%, en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas, distrito de Iquitos, ocurrió una reducción en -6,26%, y en la Municipalidad Provincial de Alto Amazonas, estos se han incrementado en 35,15%.

The objective of the research is to analyze the impact of the global pandemic on municipal management. Its methodology included two municipal institutions with the highest financial income in our Loreto region, the provincial municipality of Maynas, district of Iquitos, and the provincial municipality of Alto Amazonas, district of Yurimaguas. Financial information on revenue collection by municipal excise taxes was analyzed. In times of Covid, the behavior of financial income from all sources of financing that the municipalities of the country had, seen in an integral way, was different from what happened in the main district municipalities of the Loreto region. While in Peru the total income of the municipalities grew 14.56%, in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, district of Iquitos, there was a reduction of -6.26%, and in the Provincial Municipality of Alto Amazonas, these have increased by 35.15%.
