In this thesis project called Evaluation of Time and Cost in the Construction Process, between Pavements: Flexible and Semi-rigid in Urban Roads, of the District of La Banda de Shilcayo, Province and Department of San Martín; The purpose of this study is to make a comparison between the time taken in a paving project and the cost per square meter, which will be obtained by paying for said proposals among the selected study alternatives. Based on the behavior of each of these, starting from the basis that the two alternatives are satisfactory solutions for the paving project and the analysis focused on two preponderant factors; On the one hand, the economic factor, in which the initial value of each alternative is involved, together with the conservation and rehabilitation of these during a determined life cycle. On the other hand, the functional factor is exposed, by which it is verified which of the two pavements is the most appropriate. The project is based on a descriptive research, presenting the characteristics of flexible and semi-rigid pavements, as well as their cost analysis, their advantages and disadvantages, being the main work method, data collection, this will allow us to identify which of the Alternatives will be executed in the shortest time and the most economical, which will allow the authorities and designers to decide on one of the alternatives studied for the execution of the different projects.
