To determine the satisfaction of the immediate post-operative patient on the nursing care in U.R.P.A. attended at the Hospital Apoyo Iquitos 2023. Methodology. Descriptive research study. The research design was observational, crosssectional, prospective and correlational. The sample consisted of 263 patients attended in the P.P.A.U. and the type of non-probabilistic sampling. Results. The results show in the sociodemographic characteristics, greater predominance of male sex with 71.1%, married marital status 79.5%, high school education 54.8% and independent occupation in 82.5%, the result of Satisfaction patients qualify nursing care as good 92.8%, according to the treatment dimension, 100% of patients reported that nurses are kind, understand how they feel, are patient, provide privacy in care, pay attention to their needs and speak to them with a clear and simple language. In the continuity dimension, 99.6% of patients reported that nurses value and know their needs. In the care outcome dimension, 99.2% of the patients reported that the nurses showed security, provided information on each procedure, oriented the care to be followed, relieved their pain, which made them feel safe and at ease. Conclusion. It is concluded that there is a relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and immediate postoperative patient satisfaction with nursing care in the U.R.P.A..
