The objectives of this research seek to determine the degree of permeability and structural resistance of permeable concrete made with aggregate of ¾ ”, ½” and sand fineness module , based on the parameters of the NTE CE - 010 Urban Paving and ACI 522R standards. The research is of the descriptive type, in terms of the aggregates and experimental by the use in different proportions of the superplasticizer additive Sika Plast 740 - PE in the elaboration of the mixture, which reached the balance in the mixture with a permeable capacity within the parameters and a compressive strength greater than 175 kg / cm2. As a result of this investigation, it was shown that in the case of Design No. 01, the average compressive strength was 223Kg / cm2 and a permeability of 514.61 lts / min / m2; In the case of Design No. 02, the average compressive strength achieved was 181 Kg / cm2, with a permeability of 677.02 lts / min / m2.
