This research seeks to determine the prevalence of intestinal parasitosis in third grade primary school students at the Madre Teresa de Calcutta - San Juan Bautista school. The research responds to the basic level epidemiological type, descriptive, transversal, prospective, not Experimental because it studies the distribution of the disease in the population and determines the risk factors. The population is made up of all boys and girls in the third grade of primary school at the Madre Teresa de Calcutta - San Juan Bautista school, which was made up of 141 children of both sexes. Random sampling was used with proportional allocation. The study sample was of 90 children who were selected in each stratum according to a table of random numbers. The results of these tests, as well as the analysis of intestinal parasitosis and the age and sex of the children, were analyzed through the statistical package for research in social sciences SPSS v22, obtaining that 17.8% (16) had intestinal cysts. Entamoeba coli, 10% (9) Endolimax nana cyst, 10% (9) Giardia lambla cyst - Endolimax nana cyst and 11.1% (10) Entamoeba coli cyst - Endolimax nana cyst and by the test no Chi-Square parametic analysis concludes that there is a significant relationship between intestinal parasitosis with the age and sex of schoolchildren.
