The present work of investigation was carried out with the purpose of making to know the “LEAN CONSTRUCTION” methodology and how this tool helps to measure productivity in work place specifically with the balance sheet, in the sanitation project named: “IMPROVEMENT, EXPANSION OF THE SYSTEM OF DRINKING WATER SANITATION AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF THE CITY OF NAUTA, PROVINCE OF LORETO – LORETO”, the general Objective was based on applying the Lean Construction (balance sheet) to measure the productivity of three (3) items of the work in sanitation “Junta vecinal San Rafael Arcángel – Nauta 2022”, the kind of investigation used is descriptive, with non-experimental design because no variable was manipulated to get the information, that is, they were placed in Productive work (P.W.), Contributory work (C.W.) and Non – Contributory work (N.C.W.) as it was showed in reality. The source of information that we accessed were theses related to LEAN CONSTRUCTION, as a data collection instrument the balance sheet form was applied in order to be able to measure the productivity of work items observed in this study; in conclusion, after measuring productivity by using the balance sheet in the items: sand bed, pipe installation, filling and compaction, studied in stage n°1 of information gathering through visual observation in five days, the following was obtained : PW = 51..33%, CW = 23.85%, NCW = 24.81%. It means that there is a high index of productivity work however, to reach the optimun it is necessary to apply LEAN CONSTRUTION, many studies certify it.
