Medición de la productividad en obra aplicando la metodología lean construction en el proyecto de saneamiento junta vecinal San Rafael Arcángel, Nauta 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de dar a conocer la metodología LEAN CONSTRUCTION y como esta herramienta ayuda a medir la productividad en obra específicamente con la carta de balance, en el proyecto de saneamiento denominado: “MEJORAMIENTO, AMPLIACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE AGUA POTABLE, SANEAMIENTO Y TRATAMIENTO DE AGUAS SERVIDAS DE LA CIUDAD DE NAUTA, PROVINCIA DE LORETO – LORETO", el objetivo general se basó en Aplicar la Metodología Lean Construction (carta de Balance) para medir la productividad de tres (3) partidas de la obra en saneamiento Junta Vecinal San Rafael Arcángel-nauta 2022, el tipo de investigación utilizada es descriptiva, así como el diseño de estudio fue no experimental debido a que no se manipulo ninguna variable para obtener la información es decir se colocó el Trabajo Productico(TP), Trabajo Contributorio (TC) y Trabajo no Contributorio(TNC) tal y como se muestran en la realidad. La fuente de información que accedimos fueron tesis con referente a LEAN CONSTRUCTION, como instrumento de recolección de datos se aplicó el formato de la Carta Balance para poder medir la productividad en las partidas estudiadas; en conclusión luego de medir la productividad utilizando la carta de balance en las partidas: Cama de arena, instalación de tubería, relleno y compactación, estudiadas en la etapa n° 1 de recopilación de información mediante observación visual en 5 días se obtuvo: TP=51.33%, TC=23.85%, TNC= 24.81%. Significa que hay un alto índice de Trabajo productivo sin embargo para llegar al optimo es necesario aplican Lean Construction diversos estudios lo certifican.

The present work of investigation was carried out with the purpose of making to know the “LEAN CONSTRUCTION” methodology and how this tool helps to measure productivity in work place specifically with the balance sheet, in the sanitation project named: “IMPROVEMENT, EXPANSION OF THE SYSTEM OF DRINKING WATER SANITATION AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF THE CITY OF NAUTA, PROVINCE OF LORETO – LORETO”, the general Objective was based on applying the Lean Construction (balance sheet) to measure the productivity of three (3) items of the work in sanitation “Junta vecinal San Rafael Arcángel – Nauta 2022”, the kind of investigation used is descriptive, with non-experimental design because no variable was manipulated to get the information, that is, they were placed in Productive work (P.W.), Contributory work (C.W.) and Non – Contributory work (N.C.W.) as it was showed in reality. The source of information that we accessed were theses related to LEAN CONSTRUCTION, as a data collection instrument the balance sheet form was applied in order to be able to measure the productivity of work items observed in this study; in conclusion, after measuring productivity by using the balance sheet in the items: sand bed, pipe installation, filling and compaction, studied in stage n°1 of information gathering through visual observation in five days, the following was obtained : PW = 51..33%, CW = 23.85%, NCW = 24.81%. It means that there is a high index of productivity work however, to reach the optimun it is necessary to apply LEAN CONSTRUTION, many studies certify it.
