The objective of this research is to study and analyze the judgments of the Constitutional Court between the period 2017 - 2019, in order to demonstrate the application of conventionality control. For the study, a methodology of a non-experimental, cross-sectional and causal explanatory nature was applied and executed, combining the variables, dependent and independent that refer to the control of conventionality, having as a point of development the respect of fundamental rights in the Sentences of the Peruvian Constitutional Court. The analysis of the sentences of the sample are related to the result of the search of a number of representative processes that develop the control of conventionality, this allows us to carry out an interpretive work and study of their content. For this reason, it was necessary to establish the significant relationship between conventionality control and the protection of the fundamental rights of individuals, since the application of this control must be based on inter-American human rights standards, which in turn allow, that the internal norms of the country be applied in an orderly and coherent manner with the norms of the inter-American system.
