The present study aimed to: Determine the relationship between stressful work factors and Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals from the hospitalization services of Hospital III EsSalud, Iquitos 2019 Materials and Methods: Quantitative, correlational research and transversal; The population consisted of 84 nursing professionals who work in the hospitalization services of Hospital III EsSalud. The instruments used were the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the questionnaire “Emotional response to modified emotional stress”. Statistical analysis was performed in the SPSS 25 program. Results: Statistically significant relationships (p <0.05) were found between sociodemographic factors and Burnout syndrome; 63.1% high emotional exhaustion was found; in Depersonalization, 92.9% high and in Personal Achievement, 39.3% high. In stressful work factors, 9.5% high; in pressure and demand, 6.0% high; in organizational and human relations, 21.4% high; in environmental, 32.1% high. It was shown with p <0.05 that: “there is a significant relationship between stressful work factors and Burnout syndrome. That “there is a significant relationship between stressful work factors, Pressure and Demand dimension, and Burnout syndrome. That “there is a significant relationship between stressful work factors, organizational dimension and human relations and the Burnout syndrome. That "there is a significant relationship between stressful work factors, environmental dimension and the Burnout síndrome Conclusions: There is a moderate relationship between stressful work factors and the level of work stress.
