Departamento de informática y su relación con la gestión empresarial de ferretería saldías la solución e.i.r.l. - Iquitos 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, titulado “DEPARTAMENTO DE INFORMÁTICA Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL DE FERRETERÍA SALDÍAS LA SOLUCIÓN E.I.R.L. - IQUITOS 2021”, tuvo como objetivo general describir cuál es la relación del Departamento de Informática con la gestión empresarial de la Ferretería Saldías La Solución E.I.R.L. - Iquitos. Esta investigación utilizó un enfoque descriptivo, realizándose un análisis estadístico a través de la recolección de datos, para comprobar la hipótesis y proponer una solución. El tipo de investigación fue correlacional, pues se determinó la relación entre las variables Departamento de Informática y Gestión Empresarial. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental transversal de tipo correlacional, pues se aplicaron encuestas en un único momento del desarrollo de la investigación. La población fue de 20 trabajadores de la Ferretería Saldías La Solución E.I.R.L. de la ciudad de Iquitos y la muestra del estudio, correspondió a la totalidad de la población. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, teniendo como instrumento a un cuestionario de 20 preguntas, para cuyo análisis e interpretación se utilizó la escala de Likert. La investigación y análisis de los datos, concluyen que la implementación de un Departamento de Informática genera un impacto positivo en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores y potencia la eficiencia de la gestión empresarial de la Ferretería Saldías La Solución E.I.R.L. - Iquitos, optimizando el uso de sus recursos, haciéndola competitiva en el mercado interno.

The present research work, entitled "IT DEPARTMENT AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OF FERRETERÍA SALDÍAS LA SOLUCIÓN E.I.R.L. - IQUITOS 2021", had as general objective to describe what is the relationship of the IT Department with the business management of Ferretería Saldías La Solución E.I.R.L. - Iquitos. This research used a descriptive approach, performing a statistical analysis through data collection, to test the hypothesis and propose a solution. The type of research was correlational, since the relationship between the variables Computer Department and Business Management was determined. The research design was non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational, since surveys were applied at a single time during the development of the research. The population was 20 workers of the „Ferretería Saldías La Solución E.I.R.L‟ in the city of Iquitos and the study sample corresponded to the entire population. The survey technique was applied, using a 20-question questionnaire as an instrument, for the analysis and interpretation of which the Likert scale was used. The research and analysis of the data conclude that the implementation of an IT Department generates a positive impact on the work performance of workers and enhances the efficiency in the business management of the „Ferretería Saldías La Solución E.I.R.L. – Iquitos‟, optimizing the use of its resources, making it competitive in the domestic market.
