This research seeks to improve the physical mechanical properties of the soil of the material of the neighborhood road EMP SM - 102 BARRANQUITA - ZAPOTEPAMPA SECTOR - ZANJA SECA, EL DORADO - SAN MARTIN, adding an ionizing characteristic additive called (CONAID). For the experimental development of the research work, laboratory tests were carried out adding CONAID chemical additive at 15%, 30%, 45% and 60% to determine the plasticity of the soil, the degree of compaction, the CBR support capacity, and stabilized soil costs. Thus, achieving to demonstrate that by increasing the ionic additive to the quarry material, increases in the degree of compaction of said material were obtained, it was also demonstrated that the CBR support capacity is increased by 244.35% when adding 60% of CONAID additive. Proper soil treatment to enhance its physical and mechanical properties is of utmost importance. Since, in some regions of the country there are soils that are not suitable to build on them, that is why it is necessary to resort to soil stabilization with some methods that represent an additional cost.
