Funcionamiento familiar y autoestima en gestantes de 18 a 35 años atendidas Hospital Regional De Loreto, 2023

Abstract

La finalidad de la investigación fue determinar la relación del funcionamiento familiar con la autoestima en gestantes de 18 a 35 años de edad atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, 2023. Estudio cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, analítico, diseño no experimental transversal, método hipotético – deductivo, población conformada por 496 gestantes atendidas de 18 a 35 años de edad atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, con muestreo no probabilístico siendo la muestra 300 gestantes. Se utilizó la encuesta, los instrumentos fueron la escala de funcionamiento familiar FF-SIL de Pérez y la escala de autoestima de Rosenberg. La información se analizó mediante el software SPSS v25, obteniendo los siguientes resultados: Variable funcionamiento familiar, el 93,3% de gestantes presentan un nivel moderadamente funcional, disfuncional en 6% y severamente disfuncional en 7% y la variable autoestima el 64% mostró nivel medio de autoestima, 20,7% baja y 15,3% elevada. Concluye: Existe relación estadística entre el funcionamiento familiar con la autoestima en gestantes de 18 a 35 años de edad atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto (X2C= 20,237; gl=4; p=0,000)

The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between family functioning and self-esteem in pregnant women between 18 and 35 years of age treated at the Loreto Regional Hospital, 2023. Quantitative study, descriptive, analytical type, non-experimental cross-sectional design, hypothetical - deductive method, population made up of 496 pregnant women aged 18 to 35 years treated at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, with non-probabilistic sampling, the sample being 300 pregnant women. The survey was used, the instruments were Pérez's FF-SIL family functioning scale and Rosenberg's self-esteem scale. The information was analyzed using SPSS v25 software, obtaining the following results: Family functioning variable, 93.3% of pregnant women present a moderately functional level, dysfunctional in 6% and severely dysfunctional in 7% and the self-esteem variable 64% showed average level of self-esteem, 20.7% low and 15.3% high. Concludes: There is a statistical relationship between family functioning and self-esteem in pregnant women between 18 and 35 years of age treated at the Loreto Regional Hospital (X2C= 20.237; gl=4; p=0.000).
