Actos preparatorios y proceso de selección en las contrataciones publicas de la municipalidad provincial de maynas periodo, 2022

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de los actos preparatorios en los procesos de selección en las contrataciones con el estado en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas periodo 2022. La metodología fue descriptiva correlacional y de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 60 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas en los que se incluye a los servidores de la Sub-Gerencia de Logística y Control Patrimonial. Se utilizo como instrumento de recolección de datos encuesta. Los resultados mostraron que el coeficiente de Pearson conjunta es R= 0,871. Así mismo el R2 corregido = .745, dicho valor se interpreta en la variable Procesos de selección tiene una tendencia alta en cambiar en un 74.5% por acción de la variable Actos preparatorios y sus dimensiones, la cual es significativa, la variable Procesos de selección tiene una tendencia moderada en cambiar en un 58% por acción de la variable Procedimiento, la cual es significativa, la variable procesos de selección tiene una tendencia alta en cambiar en un 67.2% por acción de la variable bienes y servicios, la cual es significativa.

The objective of the research was to determine the influence of the preparatory acts in the selection processes in the contracts with the state in the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, period 2022. The methodology was descriptive, correlational and quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design. The population was made up of 60 workers from the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, which included the servers of the Sub-Management of Logistics and Asset Control. A survey was used as a data collection instrument. The results showed that the joint Pearson coefficient is R= 0.871. Likewise, the corrected R2 = .745, said value is interpreted in the Selection Processes variable, it has a high tendency to change by 74.5% per action of the Preparatory Acts variable and its dimensions, which is significant, the Selection Processes variable has a moderate tendency to change by 58% per action of the Procedure variable, which is significant, the selection processes variable has a high tendency to change by 67.2% per action of the goods and services variable, which is significant .
