Populismo punitivo como causa determinante en la política criminal en el Perú 2022

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue: Establecer si el Populismo Punitivo determinan la criminalización de conductas delictivas en el Perú. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional. El diseño fue el no experimental y el diseño específico fue el descriptivo transversal. La población estuvo constituida por los abogados especialistas en Derecho Penal pertenecientes al CAL y la muestra estuvo conformada por el 100% de la población, es decir 30 abogados especialistas en Derecho Panal. La técnica que se empleó para la realización de la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, mientras que el instrumento para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que Se estableció según los resultados que el Populismo Punitivo y la criminalización si son conductas delictivas en el Perú 2020, bajo el estudio de su definición, objeto, finalidad, agentes punitivos y comportamientos criminales en la realidad de la sociedad peruana.

The objective of this investigation was: To establish if Punitive Populism determines the criminalization of criminal behavior in Peru. The research was descriptive correlational. The design was nonexperimental and the specific design was descriptive cross-sectional. The population was constituted by the lawyers specialized in Criminal Law belonging to the CAL and the sample was made up of 100% of the population, that is, 30 lawyers specialized in Honeycomb Law. The technique used to carry out the data collection was the survey, while the instrument for data collection was the questionnaire. The results show that it was established according to the results that Punitive Populism and criminalization are criminal behavior in Peru 2020, under the study of its definition, object, purpose, punitive agents and criminal behavior in the reality of Peruvian society.
