From the month of November 2019 to the month of March 2020, the research entitled "Diversity of Chiroptera in low dry varillal forest in the premises of the Technical Organ of Special Administration (OTAE), Loreto - Peru" was developed. the capture technique with mist nets (10 nets 10 mx 2.5 m), the specimens were handled with leather gloves and placed in cloth bags, where somatic measurements were taken for the identification of the species as well as guides and taxonomic keys , the samplings were carried out from 18:00 to 00:00 hours. In the results we obtained a record of 137 individuals of birds distributed in 15 species, 02 families and 04 subspecies; The Phyllostomidae family presented 14 species which represents 93.33% of the species and the Emballonuridae family presented 01 species which represents 6.67%, as for the subfamilies, Stenodermatinae was registered with 05 species that is equivalent to 33.33%, Phyllostominae with 04 species which is equivalent to 26.66%, Carollinae 03 species and 20%, Glossophaginae 02 species and 13.33% of the species, a high Margalef diversity index (2,846) was obtained, in the Clench curve a coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained of 0. 99383892, which is an indicator of the good fit of the statistical model, obtaining a reliability value of 0. 98771581, the non-parametric estimators indicate that all species have been registered in the study area. The Simpson dominance index (1 - D) of 0.804 and the Shannon - Wienner equity (H ') of 2,129 were calculated. These indicators show us that there is low diversity of bats in the study area. The highest Relative Abundance (AR) was presented by Carollia perspicillata with a relative abundance value of 0.0141 Ind / EC which is equivalent to 39.42%, followed by Artibeus planirostris with a relative abundance value 0.0042 Ind / EC which represents 11.68% and Carollia brevicauda with 0.0036 Ind / EC that represents 10.22%, the other species presented low values.
