The objective of this research was to describe the behavior of the seasonality and equity of IGV tax collection in the Loreto Region in the period 2018 -2020. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental design, with historical information. The study population was the statistical information of the SUNAT portal, on the subject of tax collection, the sample constituted the historical series of tax collection in the years 2018 -2020. It is observed that the highest collection occurred in the month of January, 4,401.0 thousand soles; This is explained why in the previous month, December, sales increase due to Christmas and New Year holidays, and this month's taxes are collected and declared in the month of January. The region has received various legislations, with the purpose of promoting investments, exonerating and/or making the application of tax taxes more flexible, such as Law No. 27307, promotion of investment in the Amazon, 1998. The series for the study period is seasonal and has a decreasing trend, the same behavior occurs in the projection, years 2021 and 2022, the same as those obtained with the method of least squares and moving averages. It is concluded that the series of the study period is no seasonal and decreasing trend, the same behavior occurs in the projection de years.
