The aforementioned instruments were applied to a group of 40 adolescents and young people of both sexes between 18 and 30 years old, regular clients of a gym located in the city of Iquitos. The sample was assumed by census procedure. The type of research was essentially quantitative because the responses to the questionnaire were processed statistically. The technique used was observation by survey and the instrument was the respective questionnaire whose use was based, as in all instruments of this type, on the truthfulness and good faith of the respondents. Statistical processing was carried out with the SPSS version 25 statistical program and correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the variables considered in the study.
