El presente plan de negocio, se encuentra en la actividad de entrenamiento mediante el método indoor cycling; el servicio será brindado en un local, con bicicletas estáticas (bike cycling), apropiadas, en espacio cómodo donde los clientes puedan realizar su actividad física y lograr en el equilibrar su salud mental y física. El estudio de mercado señala un gran mercado potencial constituido por quienes viven en la ciudad de Iquitos, en la zona urbana, personas de 25 a 39 años, personas socioeconómicas, población por género, personas que padecen obesidad y sobrepeso en Iquitos, quienes enfocadas en el ejercicio exclusivamente de bicicletas estáticas. En cuanto el plan de operaciones tendremos un gran proceso de atención al cliente con materiales manufacturados con estudio de mercado, con gran compra y cancelación, recepción. En el plan de recursos humanos nuestros trabajadores estarán otorgados con los beneficios de acuerdo a la ley, los trabajadores que tienen un tiempo completo en la empresa estarán en planilla y los trabajadores que vienen por semana estará por servicios.
