In the present investigation, referred to the earthquake-resistant structural analysis and design of a 4-story multifamily building in the town of Pebas, Loreto, a general process has been developed for the elaboration of a structural project using the BIM tools Revit and Robot Structural by means of interoperability through an analytical model. It is proposed to take advantage of the application of this methodology (BIM), since it is an advantage by reducing time, increasing efficiency, transparency and eliminating errors in the process of structural analysis and design. For the validation of the project, the BIM Robot Structural tool was used, and an ETABS model was generated, comparing the results. The maximum lateral displacement of the structure (0.0034m) in the "Y" direction was determined; from the results of the static, dynamic and modal analysis, it is concluded that the structure is regular and rigid with vibration periods of 0.57s, and 0.48s in the "X" and "Y" axis direction, respectively. All the analyses and design calculations of the project were carried out in accordance with the norms of the National Building Regulations: NTE E.030 (Seismic Resistant Design), NTE E.020 (Load Norm), NTE E.060 (Norm for the design of reinforced concrete) and NTE E.050 (Soils and Foundations).
