Relación entre los protocolos de bioseguridad implementados y niveles de prevención por covid-19 en el personal de jvc consultores y ejecutores e.i.r.l. iquitos, 2020

Abstract

Ante la pandemia mundial por el Covid-19 declarado por la OMS, el Perú en marzo del 2020, ordenó la detención de toda actividad a nivel nacional para evitar la propagación del Covid-19, uno de los principales sectores afectados fue la construcción, desencadenando desempleos. Por esta razón el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, aprobó el protocolo sanitario del sector vivienda, construcción y saneamiento para el reinicio progresivo de las actividades, por consiguiente, las empresas deben realizar de manera obligatoria un plan de implementación de protocolos de bioseguridad por Covid-19. El presente trabajo de investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, porque permitió explicar la relación entre los protocolos de bioseguridad implementación y los niveles de prevención por Covid-19 en el personal de JVC Consultores y Ejecutores E.I.R.L. de Iquitos en el año 2020. Se utilizó este nivel y tipo de investigación para proporcionar resultados presentados en esta tesis. El objetivo principal fue analizar la relación que existe entre los protocolos de bioseguridad implementados y los niveles de prevención por Covid-19 en el personal de JVC Consultores y Ejecutores E.I.R.L. Iquitos, 2020. La técnica que se utilizó fue la recolección de datos, por medio de encuestas, a través del cuestionario realizado al personal de la empresa. Los resultados muestran que todo el personal de la empresa tiene conocimiento del Covid-19, cuentan con indumentaria de bioseguridad y se realizó la prueba de descarte del Covid-19, se utiliza protocolos de bioseguridad que el trabajador debe cumplir con lo siguiente, toma de temperatura al ingreso y a la salida, lavado de manos. La empresa cuenta con señalizaciones, carteles u otros tipos en cuanto a paneles de bioseguridad y ante sospecha de síntomas de algún trabajador con Covid-19 la empresa realiza la prueba de descarte contra el Covid-19. Para finalizar, el trabajo de investigación distingue que la empresa en cuestión presenta algunas carencias en cuanto al nivel de prevención, como en la implementación de paneles de bioseguridad, toma de temperatura al personal, frecuencia de prueba de descarte de Covid-19 al trabajador y acciones ante sospecha de Covid-19.

For this reason, the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, approved the sanitary protocol of the housing, construction and sanitation sector for the progressive restart of activities, therefore, companies must compulsorily carry out a plan for the implementation of biosafety protocols by Covid-19. The present research work was descriptive, because it allowed to explain the relationship between the implementation biosafety protocols and the levels of prevention due to Covid-19 in the staff of JVC Consultants and Operators Individual Limited Liabilitity Company from Iquitos in 2020. This level and type of research was used to provide results presented in this tesis. The main objective was to analyze the relationship between the biosafety protocols implemented and the levels of prevention due to Covid-19 in the staff of JVC Consultants and Operators Individual Limited Liabilitity Company from Iquitos, 2020. The technique that was used was the collection of data, through surveys, through the questionnaire made to the company's staff. The results show that all company personnel are aware of Covid-19, have biosafety clothing and the Covid-19 discard test was carried out, biosafety protocols are used that the worker must comply with the following, taking of temperature at entry and exit, hand washing. The company has signs, posters or other types in terms of biosafety panels and upon suspicion of symptoms of a worker with Covid-19, the company performs the discard test against Covid-19. To conclude, the research work distinguishes that the company in question presents some shortcomings in terms of the level of prevention, such as in the implementation of biosafety panels, taking the temperature of the personnel, frequency of testing for the discard of covid-19 to the worker and actions on suspicion of covid-19.
