In the present investigation entitled "Application of Physiotherapy to Improve Gross Motor in Initial Education Students with Down Syndrome Del Cebe Iquitos - 2021", the pre-experimental research design was applied, having as population and sample 30 children of 04 to 08 years old with down syndrome who study at CEBE - Iquitos in the period 2021, where it was possible to evaluate the level of gross motor skills of initial education students from 04 to 08 years old with Down syndrome from CEBE - Iquitos, applying the Motor function measurement test, with an average result of 61% of motor function capacity, as well as a physiotherapy technique was applied to improve the gross motor skills of initial education students from 04 to 08 years old with Down syndrome. Down of the CEBE - Iquitos, having as reference the application of progressive exercises - resisted, also in this investigation it was possible to evaluate the level of effectiveness of the technique Physiotherapy applied to improve the gross motor skills of initial education students from 04 to 08 years old with Down syndrome from CEBE - Iquitos, resulting in an increase of 7% in motor function according to the application of the Measurement Test of motor function.
