Liderazgo directivo y engagement de los docentes de la institución educativa rosa agustina donayre de morey Iquitos, periodo 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la variable liderazgo directivo y la variable engagement de los docentes de la entidad Educativa Rosa Agustina Donayre de Morey Iquitos en el periodo 2020. La metodología de este estudio corresponde al tipo básica, con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra se compuso de 136 docentes de la institución a los que se aplicó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Esto permitió como resultado que entre las variables liderazgo directivo y el Engagement hay una correlación significativa positiva con un coeficiente de 0.809 y un grado de significancia bilateral de 0.01. De modo que, ante un mejor liderazgo directivo, mayor será el Engagement.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the managerial leadership variable and the engagement variable of the teachers of the Rosa Agustina Donayre de Morey Iquitos Educational entity in the period 2020. The methodology of this study corresponds to the basic type, with a non-experimental design and cross section. The sample consisted of 136 teachers from the institution to whom the survey was applied as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. This allowed as a result that between the variables managerial leadership and Engagement there is a significant positive correlation with a coefficient of 0.809 and a degree of bilateral significance of 0.01. So, with better managerial leadership, the greater the Engagement.
