The present study raised the following question: Article 625 of the Civil Procedure Code establishes the expiration period of all embargoes and other precautionary measures after the Civil Procedures Code of 1912? The main objective of this study was to determine whether article 625 of the Civil Procedure Code establishes the expiration period of all embargoes and other precautionary measures after the Civil Procedures Code of 1912. The technique used was the survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The population was made up of the lawyers of the Loreto Bar Association, and the exhibition was made up of 75 litigating lawyers of the Loreto Bar Association. The design used was the "non -experimental transactional or transverse type descriptive type."
