Comunicación efectiva y productividad institucional en la oficina de imagen institucional y sus dependencias del gobierno regional de loreto 2023

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue: Identificar la relación entre la comunicación efectiva y la productividad institucional en la Oficina de Imagen Institucional y sus dependencias del Gobierno Regional de Loreto 2023. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo. El diseño usual de la indagación fue el no experimental y el diseño específico fue el descriptivo transversal. La población estuvo integrada por 80 trabajadores de la Oficina de Imagen Institucional y sus dependencias del Gobierno Regional de Loreto, Iquitos – 2023. La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, y el instrumento para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados mostraron que existe relación significativa entre la comunicación efectiva y la productividad institucional en la Oficina de Imagen Institucional y sus dependencias del Gobierno Regional de Loreto.

The objective of this research was: To identify the relationship between effective communication and institutional productivity in the Office of Institutional Image and its dependencies of the Regional Government of Loreto 2023. The research was descriptive. The usual design of the Inquiry was non-experimental and the specific design was descriptive cross-sectional. The population consisted of 80 workers from the Office of Institutional Image and its dependencies of the Regional Government of Loreto, Iquitos - 2023. The technique used for data collection was the survey, and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between effective communication and institutional productivity in the Office of Institutional Image and its dependencies of the Regional Government of Loreto.
