Abstract

La investigación desarrollada en el presente plan de negocios se encuentra en el sector manufactura; la empresa se dedicará a la elaboración y ventas de frutas y verduras deshidratadas, en diversas presentaciones. Se ha determinado la fuente de aprovisionamiento, el mismo que será en la ciudad de Iquitos, para el cual se ha identificado una lista de proveedores. La estructura orgánica cumple con las expectativas de una microempresa; el mismo que ha determinado las funciones para cada área, funciones específicas para cada trabajador. Los ratios económicos y financiero que arroja el proyecto son: Valor Actual Neto Económico (VANE) de S/. 194,269 y el Valor Actual Neto Financiero (VANF) de S/. 168,992. La Tasa Interna de Retorno Económica (TIRE) es de 96% y la Tasa Interna de Retorno Financiera (TIRF) es de 198%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.3.37 y el índice beneficio costo financiero es de S/.8.67.
