In information technology companies that offer outsourcing services related to analysis, development, testing and implementation of software projects, it is essential to have updated information of hard and soft skills from the personnel providing the service, since this knowledge is one of their main assets as an organization. In this context, a software company specialized in Big Data projects used to use general purpose tools to store and exploit this information, compromising data integrity and hindering service improvement initiatives. To solve this problem, a web-based system was implemented allowing the operating personnel of the company to register and update their hard and soft skills and IT certifications that they currently possess, and, moreover, enabling the responsible roles of tracking this information to view, export and organize the data. After performing the analysis of existing technologies, the implementation of the system was done using the Django web development framework as backend technology and AWS cloud computing services as deployment infrastructure. As a result of the implementation, it was possible to increase the quality of the information by reducing redundancy and accidental modification of the technical skills recorded. Also, there was a significant improvement in the assignment of personnel to new projects, the development of training programs and the integral evaluation of operational personnel by considering their soft skills in greater detail.
