The research aims to position Nobex Food as a leading company in the national olive market the next five years. The preliminary analysis of the company includes the origin and evolution of Nobex Food, which operates with two brands: Calé, targeting the premium market, and Olivalle, aimed at the mass market. The study also estimates the local demand for the olive industry at 52 million soles by 2029, based on a consistent historical growth rate of 10% over the past six years. A market research study identified the most valued attributes by consumers, such as texture, price, presentation, and flavor. The research encompasses an analysis of strategic marketing tools, segmenting the market into three groups: consumers who purchase olives for social events, as part of a daily appetizer, and those who buy them as an ingredient for product preparation. The positioning of Calé is defined as a brand that stands out for its healthy profile and ideal texture, while Olivalle is recognized for its health benefits and freshness. The proposed strategies include entering Mass stores, increasing presence in supermarkets, and relaunching both brands, along with plans to develop the product portfolio, boost sales, and expand at a national level. The economic evaluation projects an increase in revenue of S/. 1,105,372 in the first year, with a marketing budget of S/. 245,712 and sales costs of S/. 371,887. A positive NPV of S/. 890,389 and an IRR of 119.78% are estimated over a five-year horizon, indicating favorable profitability for the project.
