The technological development of industrial processes goes hand in hand with industrial automation (a set of systems, computers and controllers that execute programmed directives). The analysis of the situation of the company under study revealed that the percentage of deviation from the schedule is 33% for projects completed in 2023, exceeding the standard of 5% observed in other companies. In this sense, this professional sufficiency work will aim to reduce this indicator by managing the company's processes through Lean Service methodology tools such as standardized work and Kanban. Continuing with the contextual analysis of the company, the incorrect scope of the projects and the changes during their development were identified as the main causes of the problem, which generated losses for the company of S/ 105,472.00. To address this issue, an investment of S/ 87,652.00 was allocated to implement improvements in the project development process, managing to reduce the deviation indicator of the schedule of the developed projects from 33% to 15%.
