This research addresses the problem of delays in imports due to the lack of economic flow in the company SICSAC, which negatively impacts the relationship with customers due to late deliveries and returns of merchandise. These difficulties arise from the absence of credit with suppliers in China, which causes delays in receiving products and problems in complying with payments to external suppliers. This situation impacts supply chain management, raising storage costs, affecting production, customer satisfaction and increasing losses. The research has a qualitative approach which helps to understand the problem in a holistic way because experts who constantly deal with this type of problems were interviewed. To face these challenges, the implementation of a training program based on the Scor model is proposed, which covers everything from strategic planning to operational improvement. This methodology seeks to optimize logistics processes, promoting integration between the logistics, sales and finance departments, in order to better coordinate operations and reduce response times. Training key managers will allow for more efficient management of resources and facilitate strategic decision-making, reducing the impact of financial and logistical problems.
