This study seeks to identify the factors that influence the intention to use electronic wallets through perceived compatibility, self-efficacy, perceived security and perceived usefulness, which are aligned with the type of user profile of electronic wallets and which is which motivates them to use these applications in their daily lives. With them, it will be possible to delve deeper into how users evaluate whether these applications adapt to their lifestyles and help them facilitate their money movements. This would be important in terms of being able to focus on it, since at the same time Once banks know what needs they must cover for consumers, they will be able to better adapt their proposals in mobile wallet applications. Regarding the methodology that will be used to demonstrate the work, quantitative studies will be used, where online surveys will be used as a tool for collecting information. The number of respondents will be 400 users who have continuous use of electronic wallets 2 to 3 times per week, where money transactions are done.
