Nowadays, chemical manufacturing companies have a problem with the lack of adaptability to new challenges regarding versatility and demand disruption. These companies have as their main objective to improve the execution of their operations and procedures towards continuous improvement to adapt to customer needs. The following work aims to raise the production efficiency indicator by attacking causes such as delays and setbacks in the execution of manual operations, machine downtime, among others. These causes result in monetary and customer losses. In order to counteract them, the Lean Manufacturing methodology will be used, taking advantage of its various tools such as TPM, standardization, 5S and visual management in order to increase the execution capacity of operators, maintain formal documentation and graphical visualization of procedures, improve the order of work stations and reduce unforeseen machine pairs. The proposed solution model was validated through simulation using Arena software, which allowed for the evaluation of three possible scenarios. This validation indicated that the plant's efficiency could increase from 68.07% to 75.0% in a moderate scenario, surpassing the industry standard of 71.7%.
