La deontología del educador y su influencia en el logro del aprendizaje de los alumnos del X ciclo de la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal – Lima, 2018

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como título La deontología del educador y su influencia en el logro del aprendizaje de los alumnos del X ciclo de la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal – Lima, 2018, y tiene como objetivo general es determinar la influencia de la deontología en el logro del aprendizaje. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva correlacional, cuyo diseño es no experimental de enfoque cuantitativo. La población estuvo conformada por 126 alumnos del X ciclo de la Facultad de derecho, pero la muestra correspondió a 89 alumnos (ausencia al momento de la encuesta). Se trabajó con dos instrumentos, un cuestionario para la variable deontologia del educador con 27 preguntas y un cuestionario para el logro del aprendizaje con 25 preguntas, los resultados muestran que existe influencia de la deontologia del educador en el logro del aprendizaje, de acuerdo a cox y snell un 5,5% de la deontologia del educador influye de manera significativa en el logro del aprendizaje y se corrobora con los resultados del coeficiente de Nagelkerke con un 6,9% de influencia significativa de la deontologia del educador en el logro del aprendizaje.

This thesis is entitled The Educator's Ethics and its influence on the achievement of learning of the students of the X cycle of the Faculty of Law of the National University Federico Villarreal - Lima, 2018, and its general objective is to determine the influence of deontology in learning achievement. The research is of a descriptive correlational type, whose design is non-experimental with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 126 students from the X cycle of the Law School, but the sample corresponded to 89 students (absence at the time of the survey). We worked with two instruments, a questionnaire for the deontology variable of the educator with 27 questions and a questionnaire for the achievement of learning with 25 questions, the results show that there is an influence of the deontology of the educator on the achievement of learning, according to cox and Snell 5.5% of the educator's deontology has a significant influence on learning achievement and is corroborated with the results of the Nagelkerke coefficient with a 6.9% significant influence of the educator's deontology on learning achievement.
