The objective of this research work was to determine the level of relationship that exists between digital skills and remote work with the performance of teachers at the "Mercedes Cabello de Carbonera" Public Pedagogical Higher Education Institute, Regional Education Management of Moquegua. We are currently experiencing a pandemic phenomenon which allowed the intensive use of remote education, using as a teaching medium the educational technologies that are very necessary in the performance of teachers and achieving their digital skills. These three variables are very important in the teacher training process, which if properly managed will guarantee academic quality. The focus of this research was quantitative since the collection of information will be used to demonstrate hypotheses based on numerical calculation and statistical analysis. The research is of a basic and multivariate correlational type; the design is non-experimental and cross-sectional. For the purposes of this research, the population will be made up of 100 teachers from the Public Pedagogical Higher Education Institute "Mercedes Cabello de Carbonera" Regional Education of Moquegua and the sample will be census-based, therefore, 100% of the population made up of teachers will be selected. Regarding the instrumentation, the variables digital competencies, remote work and teacher performance, the survey technique was applied and as instruments the respective questionnaires with Likert-type responses, the validity of the generated instruments was given by expert judgment and CronBach's Alpha coefficient was used to find its reliability. As a conclusion with a value of r = 0.719, calculated using the Pearson correlation coefficient.
