The organizational climate contributes to the development of objectives and to reach the goals planned by the organization. This study seeks to get closer to the perceptions of the employees of a restaurant services company in Lima regarding the characteristics of the organizational climate in order to know their perception at the time of carrying out their work and their motivations to make certain decisions in their work daily. For this, the question that guides this research is: What are the characteristics of the organizational climate in the Pollería Pardos Chicken La Molina Restaurant in Lima, period 2019? The main objective was to determine the characteristics of the organizational climate in the Pollería Pardos Chicken La Molina Restaurant in Lima, period 2019. The research corresponds to a study with a descriptive, non-experimental approach of cross-sectional or transectional scope. The population and sample is made up of all the workers who work at the Pollería Pardos Chicken Restaurant, La Molina branch. The instrument that will be used to collect the information is a questionnaire with a Likert scale of five options that allowed us to collect and process the information using the individual documentary analysis matrix that was validated through expert judgment. The most important findings, in relation to what the collaborators perceive regarding the organizational climate, concludes that the collaborators perceive a good organizational climate in the company.
