The objective of this research work is to establish the relationship between the Aprendo en Casa strategy and the development of critical thinking in students of the VI cycle of Regular Basic Education of the Educational Institution No. 7057 - "Sovereign Military Order of Malta" of the district of Villa María del Triunfo, for this, the proposal of the Ministry of Education of Peru was taken into account, during the context of the COVID 19 pandemic (years 2020 - 2021); where remote education was promoted at the national level through the use of various telematic means and various digital resources. This research is developed from a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional design and a descriptive correlational level, a type of basic research is applied, whose sample was made up of 214 students from the VI cycle. To collect information, two questionnaires were applied: the first, to measure the Aprendo en Casa strategy, of 24 items and another to estimate the development of critical thinking, of 32 items; From this, the descriptive results indicate that for 60.3% of students the AeC strategy has been effective; however, for 50.9% the EdAs were not very effective; while 52.8% showed a moderate evolution in the development of critical thinking, and 67.8% stated that they had maintained a high motivation in their participation. A significance level of 0.048 (p<0.05) was reached and a direct and low relationship between both variables with a Rho= 0.135. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the AeC strategy and how students' critical thinking progresses.
