The objective of this research work was to show that teachers' performance is significantly related to the learning of sixth grade primary school students in the field of communication. The research methods were quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transversal. The sample was made up of 28 students. To collect data we used a questionnaire to measure the first variable. To obtain data, we measured the first variable using a questionnaire with 18 items designed to evaluate teaching performance. Note taking was used to measure a second variable to help assess communication learning among elementary school students. According to the results, preparation, teaching, participation in school management, professional spiritual development and teaching identity are the four competencies mentioned above. 46% of students (i.e., 13 students) reported that teacher performance in Network 1 was poor. Likewise, 43% of the students (12 students) have not learned much about communication. Finally, since the two-tailed significance value is 0.000, it is less than the margin of error of 0.05, which shows that there is a significant relationship between the level of teaching performance and primary school students' learning in communication.
