The objective of this research work was the use of ICT in the district of Cajamarca-2021, the purpose of the aforementioned thesis was to determine the existing relationship between teacher leadership and the use of ICT in teachers of the district of Cajamarca-2021, research developed during social isolation due to COVID-19. The population was established by 1,197 teachers at the primary level of the Cajamarca district; we worked with a non-probabilistic sample consisting of 80 teachers. Applying the quantitative approach, descriptive - correlational, non-experimental - transversal design. Using the survey technique with its instruments, questionnaires. Likewise, instruments were validated by experts, a pilot test was applied to check their reliability and validity, Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was used for both variables: in the variable teaching leadership obtaining a result of .7.98 and in the variable use of ICT,8.21. Lugo applied the instruments to the selected sample. The statistical treatment yielded the following results: H1: “Yes, there is a significant relationship between teacher leadership and the use of ICT in primary level teachers in the Cajamarca district in 2021.” H1: ρ≠0 (p-value<0.050), step 2: α = 0.05, step 3: Spearman's Rho correlation test, because the variables do not meet the normality condition. Conclusion: Because the level of significance (0.000) is less than the p-value (0.050), the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, that is, it is accepted that there is a significant positive correlation between teacher leadership and the use of ICT in primary level teachers in the Cajamarca district in 2021, with a 95% confidence level.
