This thesis investigated the influence of the shared leadership on organizational learning of the teaching staff of the educational institutions public "Toribio de Luzuriaga and Mejía", "Néstor Escudero Otero" and "Juan Velasco Alvarado" in the District of San Juan de Lurigancho during the year 2019. The stratified random sample was comprised of 145 teachers. The research had a quantitative approach, correlation scope, and non- experimental cross-sectional design. Applied leadership distributed inventory and the scale of levels and conditions of organizational learning for the collection of information. We assessed the validity of the content and reliability of these instruments, with the coefficient v of Aiken and Cronbach's coefficient respectively. Collected data were analyzed with the statistical test parametric correlation of Pearson (r) to measure relationships postulated in the general hypothesis among the variables distributed leadership and organizational learning, and assumptions specific among the dimensions of the distributed leadership and the variable organizational learning. The findings showed the influence of positive and moderate leadership distributed about organizational learning, as well as the dimensions of that leadership (cooperation of team leadership, supported by the director, supported by the management team, and) supervision of the director) on the respondent teacher organizational learning; with the exception of participation in the decisions that had a positive influence low on organizational learning. The results were statistically significant at a 0,05 probability.
