The objective of this research work was the primary purpose of this thesis is to study, analyze and interpret the reality and/or condition of the students of Clothing Technology, promotion of 2012 of the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University, a reality under which they were professionally trained and their future employment. The population studied includes 36 graduates of the specialty of Clothing Technology promotion 2012 and the sample was made up of 31 graduates. The population is identical to the sample, which in research terms is called probabilistic. With respect to The data collection technique used was the survey, which in turn used the questionnaire as an instrument. The results reveal that there is a relationship highly significant relationship between vocational training and job placement, but not necessarily on good terms. Consequently, it is concluded that there deficiencies in professional training which result in job placement. with limitations.
