Pedagogical strategies are all the actions carried out by the teacher, in order to facilitate the interaction of the teaching and learning process where knowledge, values, practices, procedures and problems specific to the student's training field are achieved. Ausubel D. (1990), promoter of this type of learning, learning is significant when the new material is related to the previous experience of the student, preparing the study material based on its cognitive structure. While on the other hand, there is significant learning by reception, also referred to as learning by expository instruction. Significant reception reception implies a new role for teacher exposure, by revaluing their role as a transmitter of knowledge; as long as he leaves his role to the student and considers that the latter has previous experience and is a builder of his own knowledge. Learning by discovery is possible because the student pursues a goal, solve a problem and is encouraged by the confidence of his ability to achieve it. Autonomous learning is a process where the person self-regulates their learning and becomes aware of their own cognitive, socio affective processes and enhances the skills to discover, solve problems and make decisions about how to learn and encourage self learning among students.
