The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between executive leadership and institutional climate of the Educational Institution Nuestra Señora de Belén-Ventanilla, Callao. Being the sample of 42 teachers that was determined by the non- probabilistic sampling method. The method used was the hypothetical-deductive, the design of the work was the non-experimental cross-sectional correlational level; The information was collected in a specific period, the survey technique was developed and the instrument was a questionnaire that was used to collect information from the teachers via google forms. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used; it was 0.920 for the managerial leadership variable and 0.889 for the institutional climate variable. For the descriptive analysis, frequency distribution tables and the bar graph were made. And for the testing of the hypothesis it was carried out by Rho de Spearman. The research concluded that there is a good correlation between executive leadership and the institutional climate of the Educational Institution Nuestra Señora de Belén-Ventanilla, Callao. Being Spearman's Rho = 0.663 and pvalue = 0.000 <0.05; This confirmed the hypothesis and the general objective of the study.
