The general objective of this research work was to determine the relationship that exists between anxiety, academic performance and academic procrastination in students from second to fifth grade of Secondary Education of an Educational Institution in the Province of Concepción - Junín. School period 2019. The research methodology was quantitative, descriptive-correlational, and non-experimental in design. The sample included 170 students of both sexes belonging to the second to fifth year of secondary education at an educational institution. Furthermore, this sample was taken in a non-probabilistic, census-type manner, so all 170 students participated. The survey was used as study tools and questionnaires were applied according to the variables proposed in this study: State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Procrastination Scale in Adolescents and Academic Performance Report. Thus, the SPSS statistical program was used to process the data and Kendall's W tests were used to contrast the three variables and Spearman's Rho in the correlations between two variables. Once the results were processed, it was possible to reach the conclusion that there is a significant relationship between anxiety, academic performance and academic procrastination in students from second to fifth grade of Secondary Education of an Educational Institution in the Province of Concepción - Junín during the year 2019 (sig. < 0.05) and also the statistical value of Kendall's W was .808.
